The new Rogues don’t come with the standard features I was used to in my 2023 Rogue SL so I was ready to look elsewhere. They told me to look at the Platinum Edition even though it was more than I was willing to pay. I liked it but it wasn’t the color I wanted so they tried to find one at other dealers. I have been to several competitors this past week shopping for a 2023 Nissan Rogue and chose to conduct my transaction at Legend Nissan due to the professionalism, efficiency, and experience I had. I sent an email inquiry about a car on the evening of 4/19 and quickly received an email response to set up an appointment for 9am the very next morning from John Shellock. Upon my arrival, I was greeted by a friendly receptionist, and Khan from sales greeted me very quickly. They had the car waiting already for me for a test drive. Khan was professional, answered all my questions, and gave me very different options as far as different cars within my price point, pricing options, and available trim options. When I was hesitant if the car I was looking at was the right one, Khan involved Joe at the desk who offered to look out for incoming 2023 Nissan Rogues SL in white with low mileage as an additional options as well if this was not the one for me. In contrast to my experience at other competitors nearby, I was never rushed, never felt my questions were insignificant, never meant to "feel like a girl" while car shopping and never pressured. Even though I was considering several Nissan Rogues that were comparable at other dealers, it was my showroom experience that made me want to call back that same day to purchase a car through Legnd Nissan. I called back Khan a few hours later to ask more questions and he knew every answer. I agreed to purchase the vehicle, sent my documents, and Khan did the rest. He had it detailed, all the paperwork ready and executed the transaction very quickly so when I returned a few hours later, the General Manager and finance manager, Ms. Mahmood made it a seamless experience. Ms. Mahmood was straightforward (which I totally appreciated), efficient, streamlined, and unflappable. She even answered all the questions from my difficult to please father who came along for the pickup and asked her some very challenging questions. I was able to look at the car at 9am, go home and return the same day at 3pm to quickly execute the transaction and surprise my daughter with the car at school pick up that very same day. I can't thank you enough for making the car buying experience pleasant, and the staff at Legend Nissan really went above and beyond in every way. ”

“ The lease was up on my 2023 Nissan Altima. Legend Nissan is my dealership of choice. I had previously leased an Altima, then a Maxima then another Altima. The 2023 I ended up getting was still during the tail end of the COVID nonsense and unfortunately, the sales person that was there at the time couldn’t match a different dealerships price and it was enough of a difference that I couldn’t afford the difference. That said, the dealership that I got the 2023 from I actually think leased me a car that was damaged at some point even though it only had 9 miles on it. Anyway, this car which is a 2026 Nissan Rouge I researched and and much communication with multiple, four dealerships and Legend had the best price, by far, significantly better than any other dealerships I checked with on Long Island, Again, Legend is my dealership of our choice for that reason and also the service department is outstanding! ”
