I had an exceptional experience at Legend Nissan. The moment I walked through the door, I was greeted by Kahn Sales Associate. I stated I was interested in returning my leased vehicle and wanted to discuss a new 2026 model. Kahn explained the process and options available in detail. When I mentioned, I was looking for a particular exterior and interior color combination he said we will get that vehicle for you that isn’t a problem. Within 30 minutes Kahn offered an incredible deal, which I accepted. Three days later, I received a call from Kahn saying they had a vehicle and needed one day to prep it. The whole process of walking through the front door and driving off in a new vehicle four days later was incredible. Big thank you to Kahn who made the entire process unbelievable. By the way, I’m a returning customer to Legend Nissan.

Of course, the whole staff is absolutely helpful and kind, but I have to give a special shout out to Vanessa. I have been there on multiple occasions, not always bad, but when things are tough, she always does her best to help. The customer feel happy, encouraged to work with them, and most importantly does the right thing. Nissan is extremely lucky to have her as an employee. I had every chance to go to my own Mechanic, but she made me feel very comfortable and as if she was doing the right thing. She answered all my questions and is so knowledgeable and honest.
